Standard products are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Customized and personalized products require additional production time of 3-5 business days for laser engraving and finishing before they are dispatched.
We currently ship to addresses within India. If you need delivery outside India, please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹199 applies to orders below ₹999. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also view this information from your order details page.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order ID so we can investigate with our courier partner and assist you.
