At WoodNWonder, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work for orders placed on our website.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard return process applies instead. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID.
Because our products are laser-engraved and personalized to your specifications, customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and are not eligible for return or refund unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Non-customized products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and photos of the product.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
Customized/personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refund, except in cases of damage or defect on arrival.
